Shelby and Hailey met at the YMCA. Hailey's mom, Courtney is a swim instructor at the YMCA just like me (Kim). Courtney and I went to high school together. It's really neat to start up a new friendship after so many years And our girls are almost exactly 4 months apart. They are both very smart and really seem to enjoy playing together.
Below are some pictures from their first play date. Unfortunately the first 1 1/2 hours that we were there Shelby starred at her paper and colored a million pages. When it was almost time to go, they realized that hadn't even really played together yet and you know what that means??? Shelby was not ready to go. But she did come after only a few promptings. Next time we will have to start with dress up and makeup as they both really seem to enjoy that! What a wonderful day! :)

The pictures look great. I'm so glad you thought to bring your camera. Thank you for coming over, Hailey and I both had a great time. We'll do it again soon.
